Crunchy granola, creamy vanilla yogurt, and a touch of honey make up this tasty and healthy dessert that tastes like exotic cactus fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced cactus fruit
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Put diced cactus fruit at the bottom of serving glasses or bowls
On top of the cactus, put a round of vanilla yogurt
Spread the granola out evenly on top of the yogurt
Add honey to the granola to make it sweet
Add more layers until the glass is full, and then drizzle honey on top to finish
Add some fresh mint leaves on top to finish
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
