Ingredients:
- 250g pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, saut until garlic is fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute
Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic-infused oil
Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese
Toss once more to combine evenly
Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan and parsley if desired
