Avocado Tuna Salad



A refreshing and nutritious salad featuring the creamy goodness of avocados and the protein-rich goodness of tuna. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the tuna, diced avocados, red onion, celery, and cilantro

In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lime juice

Pour the mayonnaise-lime mixture over the tuna and avocado mixture

Gently toss everything together until well combined

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving

Serve chilled and enjoy!
